Subscription / Recurring Orders Policy

Billing & Renewal

Some products offered by Tanvera may be available as subscription or recurring purchase options.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Tanvera to automatically charge the payment method on file according to the billing frequency selected at the time of purchase (for example: every 30 days, every 60 days, or another interval).

Subscription details, including billing frequency, pricing, and renewal terms, will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Subscriptions will continue to renew automatically until cancelled.

Subscription Shipping

Subscription orders are processed according to the selected billing schedule. Once a renewal payment has been successfully processed, the order will enter fulfillment and be shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date.

Cancellation requests submitted after a renewal payment has been processed will apply to the next billing cycle.

Payment Failures

If a renewal payment cannot be processed due to issues such as insufficient funds, expired cards, or payment authorization failures, the system may retry the charge or pause the subscription until updated payment information is provided.

Refunds

Once a subscription renewal payment has been successfully processed, refunds for that billing period are not guaranteed.

However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Tanvera’s discretion.

Subscription Changes

Tanvera reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, product availability, or subscription terms. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles.

Fraud & Abuse

Tanvera reserves the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions if fraudulent activity, abuse of the subscription system, or violations of store policies are suspected.
